Do This👇🏻 and You'll Never Worry About Your Weight Again
Let's play a game 🤡. I'm going to tell you about three ways I've seen most busy women try to lose weight, and you're going to guess what the problem might be with them, sound good?
Strategy 1:
"I tried cutting my calories way down, eating only 'clean' foods, and squeezing in long, exhausting workouts whenever I could… but between work, kids, and everything else, I was constantly drained. I couldn't keep up, and every time life got busy, I fell off track."
Can you guess the problem?
If you said too restrictive, too overwhelming, unrealistic for a busy lifestyle, and impossible to sustain long-term… you'd be correct!
And while at first--yes, the weight might come off with this approach.
Ounce someone falls off the weight tends to come right back on.
And underneath that most people will feel same kind of frustration, guilt, and will usually feel like a failure.
And most people who are stuck in this repeated cycle will always have this though in the back of their head, wondering if losing weight really means adding more tasks to their already full plate, giving up your favorite foods, or them having to carve out hours in their day just to do a workout.
Let's try another one.
Strategy 2:
"I followed this complicated meal plan where I had to meal prep like crazy, count every bite, and avoid eating out. It worked for a while, but between juggling my family's meals, work, and my own sanity, it just wasn't doable. The moment I had a 'real' meal, I felt like I was ruining everything."
Can you guess the problem with this strategy?
If you said too much effort, too stressful, doesn't fit into real life, and makes food feel like a constant source of guilt… you'd be correct!
Sure they might have experienced some results in the short-term… but in the long-term they will always have this feeling like their a failure every time life gets in the way, and they'll be stuck in a cycle of "starting over" every Monday.
Last one.
Strategy 3:
"I kept trying 'quick fixes'--detoxes, fasting, cutting carbs--because I didn't have time for complicated programs. But the weight always seems to come back. I feel like I'm always either 'all in' or completely off track, and no matter how hard I try, I can't keep the weight."
