Habit of The Week: Eat 2-3 Balanced Meals Per Day (Day 1 out of 14)
Start of Habit Review | The two questions that make every habit stick
Daily Habit Challenge: Eat 2-3 Balanced Meals Per Day
Most people fail to build new habits not because they can’t start — but because they never stop to notice what’s working.
You’ve probably been here before.
Motivated on Monday.
Trying to do everything right.
Then by Thursday, it’s like the wheels come off again.
This isn’t because you’re lazy or lack discipline.
It’s that no one ever taught you how to close the loop between what you want to do and what you actually do.
That loop is what creates consistency.
And closing it is simple.
Every day this week, I want you to ask yourself two questions:
What did I do well today?
What did I learn today?
That’s it.
It takes less than two minutes, but those two minutes will change how you see yourself.
Here’s why this matters:
When you take time to notice what’s going right, your brain links success with the new behavior.
You start to trust yourself again.
And that’s what makes habits stick.
Today’s challenge is simple: eat 2–3 balanced meals.
Not perfect meals. Not calorie-counted meals.
Just meals that have a little protein, a little color, and make you feel good after.
Then ask yourself the two questions.
You might realize you did better than you thought.
Maybe you packed lunch instead of grabbing fast food.
Maybe you stopped when you were satisfied instead of stuffed.
That counts.
The point isn’t perfection — it’s to build awareness.
Because when you reflect, you learn.
When you learn, you improve.
And when you improve, you stay consistent.
So before the day ends, take a moment.
Grab your phone, a notebook, or the notes app and answer:
What did I do well today?
What did I learn today?
This is how women who stay consistent think.
They don’t wait for perfect.
They reflect, learn, and adjust.
And if you do that every day this week, you’ll start to feel momentum again — not from doing more, but from finally seeing your progress.
You showed up today.
That’s progress.
Now close the loop.
What did you do well today?
What did you learn?
I’d love to hear your answers.
