Here's why most women who "eat clean" still can't lose weight
Most women how want to lose weight are probably;
Eating clean.
Cutting back on sugar.
Swapping in more whole foods.
And maybe even adding in a protein shake now and then.
So why isn't your body changing or your pants getting loser?
What most women don't realize is that fat loss isn't always about eating "clean."
It's sometimes about eating enough of the RIGHT THING.
And for most women, the most important thing -- PROTEINπ₯© -- is still way too low.
Let's break down a typical day of eating for most women:
π₯ A smoothie for breakfast
π₯ A salad or wrap for lunch
π A bar or fruit for a snack
π Chicken with veggies and rice for dinner
But when we dive a little deeper, the protein just isn't there.
You're lucky to hit 40--50g in a day like this⦠when your body likely needs double that just to function at its best.
And when your meals don't give your body what it needs, it tries to compensate with:
π More hunger
π€ͺ More cravings
π More snacking
πͺ« Less energy
π Slower fat loss
It's not that you're doing anything wrong necessarily.
You've just been trained to focus on the wrong things.
We're told to eat "less" or "lighter"β¦ but that's what keeps us stuck in the same loop, losing a gaining the same 10-20 pounds over and over again.
The truth is in order o start seeing the results your actually looking for you don't need to overhaul everything -- you just need to focus on this on thing first.
What feels healthy isn't always what producing consistent fat loss.
Adding enough protein into your day -- consistently -- is the habit that will unlock your bodies ability to
Feel more satiated.
Snack less.
Meal plan better.
Have better workouts.
And produce results that actually stick
