If You've Ever Lost Weight (Only to Gain It Right Back)...
Read This👇🏻
Everyone wants results.
But not everyone wants the tradeoffs required to get those results.
If you have a weight loss goal, yes, some sacrifice is necessary.
But probably not as extreme as you think.
At first, it might look like:
✔️ Letting go of "perfect days"
✔️ Skipping the restart button after one missed workout
✔️ Choosing one small win instead of trying to do it all
These small shifts matter.
They create results without flipping your life upside down.
But here's what most coaches don't tell you…
As you make progress and start leveling up, the next step--like finally breaking the cycle of starting over every few weeks--requires a bit more.
A little more awareness.
A little more structure.
A little more honesty with yourself about what's ACTUALLY keeping you stuck.
Each phase of the journey will ask you:
"Is this still worth it for me right now?"
And here's the thing...
Sometimes your answer will be yes.
Sometimes it'll be "not right now."
Neither is wrong--only what's right for you.
One of group members finally stopped starting over every few weeks not because she became more disciplined…
But because she finally stopped letting one off meal define her whole day.
And when she wanted to feel in control again?
She adjusted her goals, added structure with floor and ceiling habits, and built consistency without chasing perfection.
She decided it was worth it.
Not for me. Not for anyone else.
For her.
I don't coach through judgment.
I coach through clarity.
I tell you what it realistically takes, and then you decide.
Because sustainable results don't come from extremes…
They come from aligned choices.
Want help figuring out what phase you're in and what tradeoffs (if any) are actually needed?
Comment the word "READY" and we'll walk through it together.
You set the goal.
I just help you build the roadmap that feels right for you.
Much love,
Coach Anthony
