Is Permanent Fat Loss Really That Easy?
Yesterday, I came across a post claiming, “Losing weight is the hardest thing ever, but it’s worth it.”
It made me want to jump on my soapbox because I believe LIFE is hard... but pursuing sustainable fat loss can actually be pretty easy and enjoyable.
how many people do you know who live and die by every pound on the scale?
Or who try endless, restrictive diets hoping that this one will finally work?
They start off full of hope, but before long, they’re burnt out and frustrated because they’ve set themselves up in a cycle that just feels exhausting.
They think the only way to make progress is by forcing themselves to stick to strict plans or chasing short-term goals like quick weight loss, only to end up back where they started—or even further from their goal.
But the reality is this approach doesn’t work long-term.
And if this sounds familiar, you probably already know that deep down.
Whenever clients join my program, we flip that whole mindset on its head.
We show clients how to focus on building small, quality habits that fit into their lives and allow them to feel at ease with the process.
Imagine if you started focusing on habits like balanced eating, enjoyable movement, and honoring her cravings.
At first, it might not have felt like “progress” in the traditional sense.
But within months, you'll not only be lighter, but more relaxed and happier in your day to day life—because you're not obsessing over the scale.
And even better, This kind of transformation doesn’t fall apart as soon as life gets busy.
That’s the beauty of a habit-based approach.
It doesn’t happen overnight, but it’s lasting.
It doesn’t require constant mental effort; it becomes part of who you are.
Much love,
Coach Anthony
