The #1 habit that keeps you stuck (and how to break it today)
Habit of The Week: 2-3 Balanced Meals Per day (Day 6 out of 7)
Daily Habit Challenge: Eat 2-3 Balanced Meals Per Day
I wanna talk about a pattern that I see a lot of women get into that can quietly kill your progress:
You miss a meal.
You grab takeout.
And you immediately think, “I blew it.”
Then you promise yourself you’ll “start over” on Monday.
Sound familiar?
The truth is that “starting over” is what’s keeping you form actually reaching your goals.
Because every time you hit reset, you lose the progress you already made.
What actually works is to do LESS restarting and MORE continuing.
When things go off track — instead of skipping the rest of the day or trying to “make up for it” — just make your next meal balanced.
That’s it.
No guilt.
No “damage control.”
Just one simple reset meal.
Why this matters is because:
One “off” meal doesn’t ruin your progress. What you do next determines everything.
Momentum beats perfection. Each time you bounce back quickly, you’re training consistency.
You’ll finally stop the “all or nothing” cycle that keeps you spinning your wheels.
This small shift might seem insignificant, but it’s what separates the women who maintain results from the ones who keep starting over.
You don’t need a perfect week to see the scale go down.
You just need to stop quitting halfway through one.
So if/when you catch yourself thinking, “I blew it,” pause.
Take a breath.
And just plan when you’ll have your next balanced meal.
Protein
Veggies or fruit
Carbs you enjoy
A little healthy fat
Then move on.
Much love,
Coach Anthony
Ps. You’re almost through this weeks habit challenge. And if you’ve made it this far, you’ve already proven that consistency is possible — even on imperfect days.
Tomorrow, we’ll celebrate your wins and talk about how to keep this momentum going coming into next weeks habit challenge.
You’ve got this.
Pss. If you’re ready to keep building on this progress, the SimplyFit 6-Week Fat Loss Program helps you turn these daily wins into a lasting routine — without starting over again.
What’s one moment this week where you would’ve normally “started over,” but instead, you kept going?
Reply and tell me — I want to celebrate that with you.
