They depend on willpower or motivation when in reality those things always run out the moment life gets busy.

1. Protein at every meal
Protein is your stability.
It keeps you full, supports your metabolism, and reduces cravings — even when you’re tired or stressed.
2. One balanced plate per day
Even if the rest of the day goes sideways, one solid meal anchors your nutrition and keeps momentum going.
It’s your “no matter what” habit.
3. Move your body
You don’t need an hour workout.
Walk for 10 minutes. Stretch before bed. Do something that reminds your body — we’re still in this.
Progress doesn’t come from you “starting over” every time you mess up.
It comes from what you can repeat and stay consistent with no matter how big or small it is.

Because let’s be honest — life will happen.
These simple backup meals are your lifeline when time, energy, or motivation run low:
Protein bar + banana
Greek yogurt + handful of nuts

Scrambled eggs + toast

They’re not fancy, but they keep you consistent.
