The Simplest Way to Build a Balanced Meal
Habit of The Week: 2-3 Balanced Meals Per day (Day 3 out of 7)
Daily Habit Challenge: Eat 2-3 Balanced Meals Per Day
You don’t need to count calories or follow a rigid meal plan to lose weight or eat healthy.
You just need a little structure.
Most women struggle to lose weight because they try to just wing it (skipping meals, grazing, then grabbing whatever’s easiest later.)
That’s not a willpower problem.
That’s a structure problem.
And the fix is easier than you think…
When your meals have the right balance of nutrients,
Your body naturally regulates hunger and energy.
You stop thinking about food all day.
You stop crashing mid-afternoon.
You stop feeling like you have to “start over” every week.
But, most weight loss programs make eating “healthy” feel like rocket science.
You’re told to track, measure, and weigh every bite (but it never lasts.)
You don’t need another math problem before lunch.
Just use the SimplyFit Plate Formula.
It works whether you’re eating at home, eating out, or packing lunch for work.
Just picture this on your plate:
½ plate fruits or veggies
¼ plate protein (chicken, fish, eggs, Greek yogurt, beans, etc.)
¼ plate carbs (rice, potatoes, pasta, oats, etc.)
1 serving of fat (olive oil, nuts, avocado, cheese, etc.)
That’s it.
Simple, sustainable, and easy to fit into any situation.
Do this consistently and ere’s what happens:
You stay full for hours — no more afternoon “snack attacks.”
You have steady energy and focus.
You stop obsessing about what to eat next.
You actually enjoy your meals again.
Your goal for tomorrow:
Build one meal using the SimplyFit Plate Formula.
Then notice how you feel two hours later — steady, not sluggish.
It you have steady energy and don’t feel sluggish, that’s your body saying, “Thank you.”
If you get a chance:
Reply to this email or comment below tomorrow and tell me what you made for the day.
I love seeing what balance looks like for each person — and you might inspire someone else.
Tomorrow, we’ll talk about how to make eating balanced easy even when life gets busy (this is where most people fall off — but not you).
Keep going.
Much love,
Coach Anthony
