This 3-Step Approach Is The Easiest Way to Stay Consistent with Your Workouts
(Even When You're Completely Exhausted)
The reason you can't stay consistent with workouts is because you've been taught to force then into your schedule no matter what when instead you should be adjusting them to your schedule.
Most weight loss plans assume you've got unlimited energy and predictable routines.
But let's be real…
Some days you wake up ready to move.
Other days you're mentally and physically tapped out.
What if you had a simple system that worked with you?
That's where this 3-step approach I'm about to show you comes in.
It's how I help busy women stay consistent with their workouts without guilt, burnout, or then need to "starting over" every few weeks.
Here's how it works:
STEP 1️⃣: Do a 30-Second Energy Check
Ask yourself:
- How did I sleep?
- How's my stress?
- Am I physically or mentally drained?
Then give yourself a quick 1--5 rating.
STEP 2️⃣: Choose Your Level for the Day
Level 1 (Low Energy, 1--2): Walk 10 minutes. Stretch. Breathe. Move gently.
Level 2 (Moderate Energy, 3): Short strength session. Focused, steady, simple.
Level 3 (High Energy, 4--5): Go heavier. Push more. Take advantage of that energy boost.
STEP 3️⃣: Keep Showing Up
This approach removes the pressure to "go hard" every day.
It gives you options--and when you have options, you stop quitting.
What if there was a way to move every day, no matter how tired you are?
That's the beauty of this simple 3-step approach to working out.
It helps you stay on track without draining your energy or your willpower.
It's not about doing more.
It's about choosing what's right based on the day.
And yes, it still delivers results.
Because progress doesn't come from intensity.
It comes from consistency.
