When it comes to losing 10-20+ pounds and getting your energy back (even in your 40s and 50s) the biggest progress killer lives right between your ears.

And I get it—fatigue makes everything feel harder.

And when your body feels this off, it’s easy to think, “something must be wrong with me.”
But this is the moment where change actually begins.
Here’s how we start to shift that pattern:
Awareness – Notice what’s draining your energy (mentally, physically, emotionally).
Decide to Change – Choose to show up differently, even in small ways.
Break the Pattern – Do one thing that disrupts the “I’m too tired” loop.
Be Willing to Fail – Not every day will be perfect. That’s okay.
Stay Consistent – Keep showing up even when the energy isn’t there yet.
It’s simple—but it’s not easy.
Because when you’re in a constant cycle of fatigue, it’s hard to be objective.
You start blaming your body, your age, your hormones… and you forget to look at your plan.
