It says moderation, not motivation.
Although motivation is also shaky at best… but that’s a topic for another day.

What does it even mean?
Is having dessert 3 nights a week “moderation”?
What about 4?
What if one person eats a small portion each time, and another goes all in?
Which one is moderate?
It’s totally subjective. And that’s the problem.
When it comes to weight loss, vague advice like “just eat in moderation” keeps most hard working women stuck.
