There are going to be PLENTY of days where your energy is going to be low... very low.

But when you have this kinda thought process you're basically treating your body like a machine... when it's actually a feedback loop.
And ignoring that feedback is what leads to burnout, inconsistency, and eventually… quitting.
Skipping a workout doesn't mean you're off track or failing... it means you're just listening to your body.
Resting when you need it won't delay your progress.
It protects it.
Your body doesn't get stronger during a workout.It gets stronger after (when you recover.)
So if you're constantly pushing when you're depleted you're actually working against your results.

They don't go hard every day.
And they don't stress over missed workouts.
But they stay in motion.
They adjust.
They recover.
They keep going.
And that's what makes the difference.
