Pick a restaurant you actually want to go to. (Not the one with the “healthy” menu…) The one that sounds fun.
Peek at the menu ahead of time. Look at the drinks, the vibe, what sounds good.
Get dressed in something that makes you feel confident.
Order the drink you keep eyeing. (Not the watered-down one you feel like you “should” get.)
Choose the dish that excites you (The one you’d recommend to a friend).
And when it arrives…
Here’s the part that changes everything.
Pull out your phone…
Scroll right past your tracking app…
Open your camera instead.
Take a picture of that beautiful plate.
Take a picture with the people you love.
Then log that moment… NOT the calories.
