Think of it as the WiFi signal between your body and your fat-burning systems.
With a weak signal, nothing connects.
You get spotty progress, unpredictable hunger, zero energy, and fat that simply will not go away.
With a strong, steady signal, everything works the way it should.
Your energy rises. Your cravings calm down. And fat loss becomes predictable instead of frustrating.
Metabolic Priming simply refers to creating the proper conditions inside your body so you can drop fat efficiently.
Dieting too extremely, skipping meals, low-carb phases, long cardio sessions, and years of start over every time you “mess up” all disrupt that signal.
This is why all of my clients go through a Metabolic Priming phase at some point when they work with me inside my coaching program.
Because trying to improve your body composition without priming your metabolism first is like trying to host a Zoom meeting with terrible WiFi.

The WiFi analogy really hits differnt. I've been stuck in that exact cycle of eating less and workng harder but seeing nothing change.
